Typical cleaning job includes travel, access, equipment handling, pre-vacuum & moving articles of furniture and consumable products used.  Most jobs receive rotary wand treatment treatment & the very best attention to detail. After completion of cleaning, blocks or foil are placed under furniture legs for protection while your carpet dries. Air mover service is provided at no extra cost whenever possible, reducing drying time considerably. Drying times average 4 hrs. , however levels of humidity and the addition of carpet protection may alter this.

   Deodorizing & Stain Removal is Included at no charge with most jobs.  

The prices shown are examples of typically sized rooms in a 1300 square foot home. We measure your areas and the price is based on $.32 per square foot of carpeting in that area.

Example: One Hundred square feet is $32.00

Living Room, Dining Room:  $99.00

Recreation Room Add:  $20.00-$55.00

Bedroom Add :  $15.00- $45.00

Stairs, average per stair: $2.50

Stain Protection / Typical Room: $25.00

($.14 per square foot, Scotchguard, DuPont Teflon or Stain Guardian)

Trouble areas, special requests: $5.00- $25.00

Commercial  Carpeted Areas: $.09 to $.25 per sq. ft.

1 Room: Includes travel, Access & equipment handling: $75.00

(Please have 2 or more rooms cleaned to take advantage of lower pricing)

Automobile Interiors:  average  $75.00 to $125.00

Prior to Carpet Cleaning, the following articles should be removed if underlying carpet is to be cleaned: Knick Knacks, China cabinets & contents, piano’s, entertainment centers, aquarium’s & grandfather clocks. We respect your home and it’s contents. Please protect your irreplaceable valuables.
